   Made of Q235B/45# carbon steel and 304 stainless steel, with a tensile strength of over 500MPa, it can meet the weighing requirements in extreme environments.

2. Triple anti-corrosion system

   Hot-dip galvanizing + passivation treatment + epoxy coating optional combination, passed 2000 hours salt spray test, suitable for coastal and industrial corrosion environment.

3. Precision cold forging

   The error is controlled within ±0.15mm, the inner wall is smooth and burr-free, avoiding wear of the cable insulation layer.

4. Intelligent assembly design

   The chamfered opening structure supports flexible adaptation of 5 types of cables, increasing installation efficiency by 40%.

5. Full specification coverage

   We provide standard sizes from φ12mm to φ80mm, support non-standard customization, and deliver samples within 72 hours at the fastest.

Manufacturing Process:

1. Raw material sorting：The spectrometer detects the element content to ensure compliance with ASTM A510 standards.

2. Precision cold forging: 800-ton hydraulic press with tungsten steel mold for five-pass cold extrusion.

3. Heat treatment strengthening: The mesh belt continuous furnace is used for tempering treatment, and the Rockwell hardness is stabilized at HRC28-32.

4. Surface treatment: The fully automatic galvanizing line achieves 80μm uniform coating, combined with chromate sealing process.

5. Quality inspection: 100% inspected by three-coordinate measuring machine, with 5000N tensile test.
