S Hook Optical Bracket is a high-strength fastener designed for optical fiber communication lines. 2. Forging: Use friction press and precision mold for hot forging to improve metal density and fatigue resistance.
3. Heat treatment strengthening: Adjust the material hardness (HRC 40-45) through quenching + tempering process to balance strength and toughness.
4. Surface protection: Hot-dip galvanizing or Dacromet coating treatment, coating thickness ≥85μm, salt spray resistance test over 1000 hours.
5. Quality inspection: 100% full inspection load test to ensure that each batch of products meets the rated breaking force requirements.
