1. Material selection:
Strictly select high-strength stainless steel or carbon steel raw materials to ensure that the basic mechanical properties meet the standards.
2. Precision machining:
CNC lathes and multi-axis milling machines are used to complete key processes such as thread forming and head chamfering, with the accuracy error controlled within ±0.01mm.
3. Surface treatment:
Galvanizing, Dacromet coating or passivation treatment are performed according to customer needs to improve corrosion resistance and wear resistance.
4. Quality inspection:
The entire process implements ISO 9001 standards, including dimensional measurement (three-coordinate detection), salt spray test (ASTM B117), torque strength verification, etc.
