3. Nano-level surface treatment
The six-station automatic galvanizing line realizes zinc-aluminum rare earth alloy coating, and the adhesion reaches ISO 2409 Class 0.
4. Digital detection
Three-coordinate measuring instrument + spectral analysis double quality inspection, 100% full inspection of thread accuracy (6g level) and material composition.
