1. Raw material selection: Carbon steel materials from well-known steel mills such as Baosteel and Anshan Iron and Steel are selected, and the material composition is tested by a spectrometer to ensure that it does not contain harmful impurities such as sulfur and phosphorus.
2. Forming and processing:
Flat type: Use CNC punching machine to form in one time to ensure dimensional accuracy;
Special-shaped type: Use forging technology to improve material density and mechanical properties.
3. Heat treatment strengthening: Forged parts are tempered (quenching temperature 850℃, tempering temperature 550℃) to give the material a good balance of strength and toughness.
4. Surface treatment:
Hot-dip galvanizing: Use a fully automatic galvanizing line, the zinc layer is uniform and dense;
Plastic spraying: Use electrostatic spraying equipment, and the coating adhesion reaches level 1 of GB/T 9286-1998 standard.
5. Quality inspection: Each batch of products must pass size inspection (vernier caliper, micrometer), mechanical property inspection (tensile testing machine), anti-corrosion performance inspection (salt spray test chamber) and appearance inspection to ensure compliance with GB/T 2314-2008 "General Technical Requirements for Power Fittings" and customer requirements.
