1. Raw material screening
Steel is directly supplied by the steel mill and stored in the warehouse. The chemical composition is detected by the spectrometer to ensure that the proportion of carbon, manganese, silicon and other elements meets the ASTM A36/A572 standard.
2. Intelligent processing
The laser cutting machine achieves high-precision blanking of ±0.2mm, and cooperates with the progressive die for continuous stamping to complete the punching, flanging, embossing and other processes at one time.
3. Surface treatment
Alkaline degreasing → pickling and rust removal → plating agent immersion → 460℃ high-temperature hot-dip galvanizing → water-cooled passivation to form a dense protective layer.
4. Full inspection and packaging
The three-coordinate measuring instrument performs dimensional sampling, the galvanized layer thickness gauge performs 100% coverage inspection, and the wooden box + anti-rust paper packaging meets the moisture-proof requirements of sea transportation.
