Hot-dip galvanized layer ≥85μm (compliant with ISO 1461), strong weather resistance, service life exceeding 20 years; static load capacity ≥5 tons, wind pressure resistance level 12 (compliant with GB/T13912); modular design, adaptable to pipe diameters DN50-DN300, efficient construction; environmentally friendly, free of heavy metals, compliant with RoHS directives.
Manufacturing Process: Fully digitally controlled process, laser stamping (error ≤0.2mm), robotic automatic welding, 450℃ hot-dip galvanizing; each piece undergoes multiple tests including salt spray (2000 hours without red rust).
Technical Specifications: Material Q235B (alternatives available), hot-dip galvanized (Dacromet coating available upon request), suitable for temperatures ranging from -40℃ to +120℃, thickness 8-20mm, certified by ISO 9001 and ASTM A123.
